Photographing an Indian wedding in Edmonton is such an amazing experience. Mix an Indian wedding with a Chilean groom and you get a dance floor that is absolutely electric. The DJ would play three songs for one side of the family and then switch to three songs for the other side. I have never seen a dance floor with so many people on it. The food was amazing as well because of the two cultures coming together for an explosion of flavour. Robert and Renu's wedding was spectacular. They started with a traditional western ceremony in the morning, complete with a white wedding dress. When they finished that they went back to the hotel so Renu could change into her lehenga. It was exquisitely decorated with embroidery and beads and she looked stunning.
