Photographing groomsmen can be tricky at times depending on how the day is going. We have experienced many different types of personalities and have found that rolling with any ideas groomsmen come up with benefits everyone in the long run. Tyler's group all met while they were attending U of A, so the fact that we were back on campus ignited an exciting energy between them. This photo wasn't planned it just happened as the guys were walking ahead of me and I noticed that they were walking under a walkway that would shade them. I wanted to accentuate the groom at some point and this was a perfect spot to attempt it. I asked Tyler to step forward and the guys to step back so he was facing the light. It ended up being exactly what I wanted and I knew I had it right away. The other thing to keep in mind for groomsmen photos is efficiency.
