When you think of distinctive wedding venues in Edmonton, most people would place the Fairmont Hotel MacDonald at the forefront. For over 100 years it has been the most elegant landmark dominating the Edmonton City Skyline. Joel and Michelle held an intimate ceremony for friends and family and it was extraordinary. Their ceremony took place on the terrace overlooking the North Saskatchewan River. When they finished saying their "I do's" and sealed it with a kiss, the guests were pleasantly surprised when their adorable West Highland White Terrier joined the recession decked out in his very own doggy tuxedo. After the ceremony we had the luxury of touring the gardens and finding the perfect locations for their wedding photos. They were such an easygoing couple to work with and it made our job that much easier.
