Photographing High School Grads has been extremely rewarding for us. For the most part parents are the ones that make the initial contact. It is our job to not only create remarkable images but we also need to make the experience enjoyable for the grad. For most of them this is the first time being photographed professionally and the nerves can be pretty high. The truth is if we don't find a way to ease those nerves no one will be happy with the session. Luckily we have a pretty good track record with finding a way to get them out of their shell and I think our portfolio is proof of that. This Grad's name is Kolbe and he only had one request for his session. His request was, he wanted to wear his cowboy hat. Under normal circumstances hats don't photograph well but I always have my lights with me and was able fill in the shadows that hats make. Kolbe has a great sense of humour so it didn't take much to make him laugh and as you can see in the photo, he has a killer smile.
